Racers, Please Note:

The Hendry Country Speedway has been lengthened from a 1/4 mile to 3/8 mile track, that coupled with the greater banking and improved surface will result in much higher speeds on the track.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that you have EXCELLENT FOUR WHEEL BRAKES. This is a safety item that is going to be checked out closely by our tech staff. If your brakes aren't good, fix them before you come out to the track. Do not show up to the track with poor brakes, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN!!

The following rules are issued to govern conduct of racing events for the Hendry County Speedway. It is the intent of these rules to ensure each competitor is treated fairly and that each event is conducted consistently. Because of the many uncertainties involved in the sport of stock car racing, incidents may occur on the race track that are outside the scope of these rules. Hendry County Speedway reserves the right to add, delete or modify any rule in order to maintain fair and equal competition, or in the event of unforseen or unpredictable circumstances. Many calls made by track officials during a race event are judgement calls. Judgement calls may not be appealed and are not subject to review or change after that race event.

Hendry County Speedway is of the philosophy of allowing the classes to self-police in terms of racing and equipment. Therefore these rules provide for dispute resolution and protests. Participants should not expect the track to police each class's racing or equipment.

Participation in any race event at Hendry County Speedway indicates acceptance of all rules and terms in their entirety with no exceptions.

All drivers must acknowledge in writing their acceptance of these rules and agreement to be bound by these rules in their entirety prior to participating in any event at Hendry County Speedway

There is ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL in the pit area!
