Photography is a great hobby that anyone can get into. Photography is the process of creating images through the use of cameras. Photography allows people to test their creativity as they use many different filters and lenses to create unique photos. If you would like to get started with photography, then read these tips.

Be mindful of the framing of your subject. What this means will vary by subject. For instance, if you are taking a picture of one person, getting a close shot where the subject fills the frame is your best bet, since details are important. On the other hand, a landscape shot might benefit from being further away, as you get the entire scene this way.

Play with the shutter speed on your camera to catch unique and wonderful photos. If you have the right shutter speed, you can get beautiful photos that would normally happen so fast that the human eye couldn’t process it fully. Try experimenting with shutter speed and a tripod at a stream or waterfall for some great photos.

In photography, it is very important to vary the amount of angles that you use on your subject. Shoot pictures from the front, side, and back, which will help to give you an elegant collage instead of just one angle. Move around as often as possible to optimize your results.

Serious photographers have DSLR cameras. These are digital single lens reflex type cameras. They are renowned for their ability to view the subject at the same time you snap the shot. Full-frame DSLRs are best because they have the largest image sensor, and create more detailed photos.

As stated before, photography is a great hobby for anyone. Photographers use cameras to create images and express creativity with the addition of filters and lenses that produce unique photo results. By using the tips from the article above, you can get started with photography and produce your own unique photos.

So yesterday I was all excited. I got myself a brand new Sony DSLR-A350 and I was sooooo looking forward to taking some awesome pictures. So here’s what I did… I decided to just walk around the neighborhood and waited for the right “subject” to find me, instead of my trying to find something to shoot (take pictures of… don’t take “shoot” to be literal dumbass).

So what was I gonna take pictures of? A happy couple, a beautiful bird, a roaring thunderstorm rolling in… WHAT? Then I see it calling out to me. There he was limping along. It was the saddest thing ever. It was man’s best friend just barely able to cross the street with his owner.

If I had to guess, that pooch had a serious case of arthritis… looked like the owner did to! Well, they do say that the dogs match their owners perfectly and this was the perfect proof :P

Then I started thinking to myself (my mind tends to wander all over the place sometimes… kind of link now LOL). Anyway, I began thinking, “what can the dog have to maybe help get rid of the pain?” “Can you give ibuprofen to dogs” I thought to myself.

But what the hell do I know I’m not a vet! But I do love animals and I hate seeing them in pain. I am a sensitive artist by the way… chicks dig a sensitive man ;)

Anyway (sorry rambled off again) I began chatting with the owner and sure enough, the old pup had arthritis. I asked Jenny (that was the dog owner’s name) is there such a thing as aspirin for a dog?

Jenny said she had hear of giving a dog aspirin, but that she wanted to try something a little less harsh and more natural to her canine named Budd.

I asked her what was she thinking of giving Budd and she told me she was going to get glucosamine for dogs arthritis. She was actually on her way to the pet store to pick some up.

Anyway, I went on with my day and never did get that picture of Budd. I felt so bad and was enjoying talking to Jenny that I forgot what I was out and about for. Oh well… there’s always next time ;)
